PX4 B-tween released

At the WEFTEC show in San Diego, USA, PXPumps will presents a new re-designed PX4 model range.

PX4 is our largest pump series and is especially designed to a very high effiency for motors 22-85 kW. The pump is particularly suited for pumping raw, unscreened wastewater from municipals, industries and larger draining utilities.

The re-designed PX4 model is equipped with an oil tip drain and our new patent pending B-tween® impeller – an invention which combines the advantages from both a vortex and a channel impeller. When wear appears the efficiency increases where the standard players on the market does the opposite. The new design has showed a 100 % non-clogging result in lab and on site facilities.

As an option PX4 can be ordered in a complete stainless steel version (AISI316) for pumping liquids from acid mines, draining utilities and alkaline liquids with a pH-range from 1-10 as the pump is not affected by the chemicals in the media. The capacity range for this new pump goes up to is 600 l/s / 8000 US gpm. and up to 70 meters / 200 ft.

As all of our pumps the PX4 has a cartridge seal with cooling impeller and fast lock latch bolts for quick motorunit release.

The PX4 exists for dry, wet or portable installation and is also optional with an Eco Flu cooling jacket and can be ordered for both 4, 6 and 8 pole motors from Siemens.

PXPUMPS exhibit a dry PX4-300 70HP on booth 2405 which will be the first public show for the new pump.
