Every pump is being tested

Our quality system ensures that every single pump is being tested individually. Water performance test is done according to ISO9906 or Hydraulic Institute standards. No humans are involved in the test which means that a computer do the logs of flow, head, efficiency, power, cos fi and inertia. Calibrated flowmeters, pressure transducers, electronic valves and a hightec PLC software makes sure that test curves are plotted correctly and corresponds to the official performance curve given in the PXPERT.

Every pump is identified to the serial number and each pump is linked and attached to it´s own testreport followed by a CE/FM/CSA manual in different languages. This testreport is included in the price of the product.
