Previously HyXo Oy owned 50% of the shares together with Henrik and Preben Mogensen. Henrik and Preben Mogensen have sold their shares to HyXo Oy and Tom Schultz from HyXo Oy was appointed managing director in November 2007. Preben and Henrik Mogensen will help the new management for a short period to secure the changes of business. HyXo Oy is the leading water treatment company in Finland. The turnover of HyXo group is about 15 million EUR and has 65 employees in Finland. The new PX4 comes with a new impeller design, which we call "B-tween", where pump efficiency increases as the pump wear. The new pump line from 18,5-100 kW comes with hydraulic efficiencies up to 87% and fluid ends from DN100 to DN400. All the models has solid handling capabilities of atleast 100 mm and has shown perfect non clogging performances in field and lab tests. PXPUMPER wins large project on IcelandPXPUMPER has won a large pumpstation project through their exclusive distributor Röst Ehf. in Reykjavik. Orkuveita Reykjavikur, Reykjavik Energy, has announced that PXPUMPER has won the order including more than 60 large pumps whereas some of them are the new PX4 with B-tween impeller. The new sewage transfer lines connect Reykjavik with the suburbs of Akranes, Borgarnes & Kjalanes. PXPUMPER furthermore supplies the calculations, design, valves and stainless steel pipe work to this project. 60 Distributors participate in largest conference everPXPUMPER's second International Conference in Denmark was held in June 2007 and had more than 40 PXPUMPER distributors attending. During the conference the new PX4 and the B-tween impeller were presented and we had many interesting discussions on the future needs and handling. During the evenings we had a very good time - among other things sailing on the Silkeborg lake and visiting Ebeltoft and the oldest wooden ship in the world. Wagga Wagga "Down Under" use PXPUMPS![]() Wagga Wagga city council in New South Wales, Australia, has replaced two pumps from competiting companies with two PX3-150 DH 12,5 kW PXPumps. The Manager of the plant, Lenn Kennedy says that the PXPUMPS have been running smoothly without clogging since the start up. Antwerpen railway station equipped with PXPUMPSPXPUMPS exclusive Distributor in Belgium, A.S. Zwaans has installed three huge sized PX4-250 pumps on each 64 kW. It is the large modernization of one of the most trafficed train metropoles in central Europe, Antwerpen Central Train station owned by NMBS in Belgium. The main construction of the so called "Nord-Zuidverbinding" has been going on since 1998 and finish up by the end of 2006. A 9m (30ft) large tunnel has been drilled under Antwerpen City center and has created a station depth of more than 25 meter (82ft) The project has been a major succes, says Pascal Maho, Director of Sales from A.S.
